CRT only supports FASTA file format.
Graphical User
Interface (GUI)
Instructions:
Download CRT1.1_exe.zip
and unzip the file to a folder. (The extracted file should be
named CRT1.1_exe.jar)
Double-click the extracted file. (Or, at the
command line type: java -jar CRT1.1_exe.jar)

Command
Line Interface (CLI)

Uses a more unix-like command line interface; allows reading of files
from any directory
Instructions:
Download CRT1.2-CLI.jar.zip
and unzip the
file to a folder. (The extracted file should be
named CRT1.2-CLI.jar)
At the
command line type: java -cp CRT1.2-CLI.jar
crt [options] inputFile [outputFile]
